Welcome to our practice! I love to find ways to help people smile, and that includes building confidence to share their smiles! I am happy to answer your questions, plan for appointments, help resolve concerns, and make your visits positive. It is important to me that each of you enjoy a feeling of ease and confidence in our office. I love working for Murphy Family Dentistry, I appreciate how positive the environment is here. We all work extremely well together to provide the best service for you. Our staff is very warm and inviting. I have 2 children, and 3 fur babies. I love doing all things outdoors with my family and dogs. If you catch me in a moment alone, you might find me sewing, cooking, or just catching up on my Netflix shows.
Cindi has been with us for over 25 years and started with us as a dental assistant. Prior to becoming a hygienist, she studied at UTD and Baylor College of Dentistry. She graduated in 2007 and received her dental hygienist license. Cindi has the experience and skills needed to help our patients maintain great oral health.
Away from the office, she loves spending time with her family trying new things and
watching her children play sports.
Ashley joined us in 2009. She studied at UTD where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She enjoys the friendly environment provided by the staff and the doctors. She loves being a part of our patients’ reason to smile. Outside the dental office, Ashley enjoys spending time with family, reading, cooking, and crafting.
Kate is Dr. Najari’s lead assistant. The most rewarding part of her job is helping patients
have a stress-free dental experience. She has experience in multiple specialties, from
periodontics to oral surgery to implantology and will make you feel welcomed and a part
of our dental family.
Kate is currently studying for her Master’s Degree in Child Life Specialty at TWU. She has a special place in her heart for her younger sisters, and is currently engaged to the love of her life. Here’s a few fun facts about her: Kate performed professionally for 3 years for the Dallas Ballet Company and currently teaches dance as a hobby.
Johnny is a part time dental assistant. He loves to go fishing as much as possible while continuing his journey to becoming a dentist. He completed his bachelor’s degree in biology at UTD and will be applying to dental school in the near future. He also enjoys working out in the morning to start off his day. Fun fact: He can deadlift 515lbs!
Sara has been working in dentistry since 2023 and joined our team in 2025. She enjoys meeting new people and making people smile.
Sara loves spending time with family, friends, and her two sweet dogs, Penelope and Milo. A fun fact about Sara is that she loves music and throughout high school has
participated in show choir, musical theater and advanced varsity choir.
Isabelle is a part-time dental assistant and student at the University of Texas at Dallas.
She is studying Healthcare Studies with a minor in Business Administration. She has been with us since 2025 and is excited to continue supporting the team in delivering high-quality dental care.
Isabelle enjoys spending time with family, playing volleyball, and baking.
Parisa has been with us since 2025 as a part time dental assistant. She graduated from Baylor University in 2023 with a degree in Health Science studies along with a minor in Business Administration. She is currently obtaining a Master’s Degree in Medical Science at Baylor University in hopes of applying to dental school in the future Parisa enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Saint. She also enjoys Pilates whenever she has a free moment.
Currently, a student at UTD is studying biology with aspirations of becoming a dentist. Johnny’s hobbies include powerlifting, fishing, and cars.
